Friday, December 1, 2017 - I wasn't that impressed with the first bottle I had of this on the p'np. That bottle was rather inexpressive: quite dry and crisp but lacking fruit flavors. This time around, I decided on a short decant, and it made a huge difference. The wine was quite elegant, with expressive apple and pear flavors that came across as crisp, subtle, and not at all cloying.
