Friday, March 14, 2008 - Bright cherry wine with medium intensity. Great aromatic nose, showing violets, wet heart under a rich blanket of vanilla, chocolate, delicate spiced wood and black cherry. In the mouth, the wine is medium bodied, with bright acidity and firm, fine tannins. Not completely integrated as if yet, but with time, I sense this wine will relax and grow into its big britches. Nice minerality over a lattice of complex dark berry flavors. 4/5
