Friday, December 15, 2017 - Popped open full of fruit and a little fat; turned high-toned and fairly lean after only 15-20 minutes of air. The Petite Sirah does all the talking here. Blackberry pie and vanilla ice cream, gravel, strawberries and balsamic. Zippy, very dry, and food-friendly. My guess is that its youthful phase is behind it.
