Saturday, December 16, 2017 - Decanted for 90 minutes. This cab has evolved nicely with layers of fruit and complexity. Cherry and licorice on the nose. Dark berries, smooth tannins, good depth and a very long finish that remained for the next couple of hours. Great pairing with our prime rib.
