Monday, December 25, 2017 - Throughout 2017 I've had the pleasure of enjoying three different bottles of 1990 Dom. This is my absolute favourite of the younger vintages and one of my all time favourite champagnes and is drinking perfectly now. Layers upon layers of honey and sweet pastry without ever going overboard the 1990 is best enjoyed over several hours.
