Sunday, December 24, 2017 - This was fun. 40 year old wine from Manetti’s first Pergole Torte bottling? Why not? A bit of earthy funk and spice on the nose. Tertiary flavors of black tea, savory spices, and still a touch of soft red cherry. Fully integrated tannins. Drink up.
