Thursday, December 28, 2017 - Last of case, has had two international moves plus one local, so aging effect may be more pronounced than average. Showing distinct brown/brick shades, pencillead and muted fruit on nose
Tannins and acidity still relatively fresh, fruit wearing a little. On this sample, no point in holding longer. More stable storage might give it a couple more years before decline sets in
