Saturday, December 17, 2016 - 4 Medium brown in color with floral nuance overtones persisting over lemon head candy, brown sugar, and fig. Lusciously sweet with medium acidity. More hard candy, brown sugar, and a layer of creme brûlée on the palate. An exemplar from Rutherglen. Excellent.
