Great, great champagne. Quite developed and ripe for the taking.

Heavy roasted coffee beans with delicious peach-sugar. Then the darkly burnt brioche kicked in with mouth-watering acidity and rose pedles to balance everything. Great champagne!

Perfect mousse, bubbles were just right. Everything was just right!
