Saturday, January 6, 2018 - 13% abv balanced by very ripe intense fruit (black cherry, cranberry, raspberry) zesty acidity, and structure and rounded fuller texture from some aging in oak. Dark purplce blackcolor, a leafy quality as well as surprising violet aromas/flavors.
