Tuesday, January 9, 2018 - Drinking beautifully right now. Certainly not a bruiser - refined and subtle, but with good depth and earthy, mature flavors. Nose was not there at first, so we decanted the bottle (very little sediment, BTW) and a some aromas appeared.
