Monday, January 1, 2018 - My worries that I'd held this one too long (not always climate-controlled) were thankfully unfounded. Pale yellow gold/straw color. Slightly sour aroma at first, but nothing of the sort to taste. Quite pleasant indeed, and went down very well with a shrimp cocktail appetizer. Solid quality for the price as well, not surprising with the values to be had from Spain. Definitely repeatable.
