Friday, December 29, 2017 - (Disgorged in December of 2011, dosage 9 gr/l)
Still light yellow, almost greenish, colour with a stream of amazingly small bubbles that lead way for the wonderfully youthful nose showing flint, citrus, minerals, stone fruit, hazelnuts and peach flower notes in such a lovely way. Palate is smooth and silky with a well balanced fruitiness and filled with lime mineral acidity and with a very intense and long lime juicy bitterness and with a lovely saltiness on the lips... This is such a great champagne right now!
Very nice performance and even better than last bottle we had a couple of nights ago! This is already very available and at the same time shows so much potential for the future and is a definitive keeper for decades longer! Best 2017-2037.
