Sunday, December 24, 2017 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for two hours. Aromatic nose of blackberry, smoked meat, plum, dried herbs and vanilla. Black and red berries, coffee, spice and vanilla flavors. Leads to a long finish. Full bodied, dense and layered. Served with a Swedish buffet.
