Monday, February 5, 2018 - Nose features mainly citrus, floral, yeast and mineral. I found this champagne to be pure, bright and crisp. Not deep or complex, but still clearly of place. We’ve taken to pairing champagne with pizza as a decadent pleasure and this one was up to the task.
