Wednesday, February 7, 2018 - Nose: Spicy rose, cherry cola, and red bell pepper.

Taste: Cherry, strawberry, red plum, red bell pepper, wet potting soil, and wet gravel.

One of my favorite wines from the Loire Valley. Acid forward with balanced medium tannins. Mouthfeel is slightly thin.
