92 Points

Thursday, February 8, 2018 - Nose: The nose is pristine and highly aromatic with pears, green apples, saline, crushed rocks, acacia flowers, and white fruits. There is excellent depth and verve to the nose with there being a real cleanliness to it as well.

Taste: Light bodied with high acidity. The acidity is extremely refreshing and youthful with the feel being featherweight along with green apples, pears, saline, white fruits, and crushed rocks.

Overall: This is a fantastic young spatlese. There’s ample depth and acidity for this to age a good while, but it is ever so delicious right now.
