Saturday, January 6, 2018 - SLDS January BBQ: Dec 2015 disgorgement. Lemon, orange, sea spray, mineral and white floral notes. Really twangy palate, with excellent acidity kicking through. Great texture and freshness, with layered complexity already. Excellent wine.
