Tuesday, February 13, 2018 - Good fruit, low tannins, slight bite most likely due to the 14.5% alcohol. Let it breath for sure. It's good immediately out of the bottle but gets much better over the course of an hour. I have a second bottle that I will be aging for an additional year to see how much better it gets!
