Tuesday, February 27, 2018 - I got a bottle of the Hypothesis based on how much I enjoy Educated Guess as a good weeknight bottle. The higher price of the Hypothesis is seen in the bottle as this is a much bigger wine than Educated Guess, but this is a case in which more is not better, at least for me. This borders too much on the fruit bomb/vanilla /milk chocolate flavor profile that I don't enjoy as much as others. Fans of Silver Oak and other Steakhouse Reds, may enjoy this, but not for me.
