Monday, February 26, 2018 - Dinner at Formento's (Chicago, IL): Wow, this is stunningly fresh and youthful. Aromatics are all florals and bright fresh, juicy peaches. Palate is moderately rich and semi-sweet. Peaches, tropical fruit with some earth tones. Very long. Ageless!
