Saturday, March 10, 2018 - Possibly the best pinot i have had, opened 3 hours but decanted 1 hour prior, the terroir so evident on the nose the palate was delicate and long, interestingly during dinner the nose retreated a little, dont decant too long. I would say still a couple more years of good drinking
