Saturday, March 17, 2018 - Deep garnet color, almost no aroma on opening. High acidity and slight vegetal notes settled after 30 min. Became more nuanced but not overly complex. Enjoyable but not memorable. Let’s see how it does Day 2. I’ve popped the score up to 89 on the 3rd day after sitting under VacuVin. More smokiness emerged as well as tannins. Became much more Zin-like
