Thursday, March 22, 2018 - Drank my last one of these last night. We had 4 Palisades vineyard PS's and this was my favorite. That said I believe that this wine will continue to improve with additional time in the cellar. This was a big wine with dark fruit, earth and tar. I am starting to become a real PS fan even though IMHO they need at least 10 years in the cellar to show their best.
