Saturday, March 31, 2018 - Classical claret, beautiful interaction between the bitterness and acidity. I find a lot of Boreaux being too high in bitterness and too low in acidity but this one is spot on. It start showing secondary aroma's but no hurry of drinking this complex and rich wine.
