Saturday, April 14, 2018 - Wow. This just gets better and better with time. Lime, green apples, lots of minerality, acidity and considerable weigth and ‘montrachet’ creaminess and length for a Chablis. Just so perfectly balanced. For a white Burgundy this is for me as close as you get to value for money, and if it keeps giving me experiences like this my score will go even higher.
