Tuesday, April 17, 2018 - Great varietal rosé, with typicity and character. It is richer and a touch darker than a benchmark Provencal rosé. Very food friendly, with depth and structure. Honeyed notes, ripe red fruit, long finish. Very well balanced by solid acdity. Organic. Very good.
