Tuesday, April 17, 2018 - Tasted at Wally's Napa / Sonoma All-Stars 2018 Tasting event. Yea... this was my WOTN. Much better from what I tasted last year in Wally's 2017 tasting event. This was just so tasty. You can't really expect more from it. Like... what more do you want? This is elegant, rich, but has this Opus taste profile that separates it from the crowd. Has the soil, tobacco, and leaves. Loved it a lot.
Tasted this one with All Is Whale who is not a big fan of Opus. I wonder what he scored this...
