Wednesday, April 18, 2018 - The challenge with this wine is the follow through. The nose is awesome, the first sip is awesome on the front of your palate. Then you swish and swallow and ask, “Where’d it go?” Has little to no finish, turns to flavored water in your mouth. Wine MUST continue a conversation with you to be relevant. This wine has “hello” down to a science, but if you stop and engage, the wine will look at its iPhone while you talk and then say, “Oh, yeah, right.”
