Friday, April 20, 2018 - Lots of stones and minerality in this kabinett from Keller. Citrus and pears but far from the lollipop sweetness you sometimes can find in young Rieslings. White flowers and elder notes. Good acidity backbone. Very young and still a bit all over the place, although in a very settled and reserved way. Lovely mouthfeel with perfect amount of sweetness lingering on the tip of the tongue. Like this a lot and got super potential.
