Monday, May 14, 2018 - Very light in colour. Lovely assertive nose of lime juice, leading swiftly on to copious petrolly aromas. Maybe a bit of pear juice in there too. On the palate very limey, dry and linear. Obviously maturing, but still full of zip. Excellent with Orkney scallops. 12%, screwcap.
