Sunday, May 20, 2018 - Medium(+) ruby, vibrant, 13.5% abv. Medium aromas ofcherry, dried leaves, garrigue, licorice. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium dry-ish tannin, medium alcohol and ditto body. Medium-medium(+) palate of black fruits, cherry, kirsch, pepper, leather notes.
Great crunchy tactile feel, surprising complexity. Balanced, well integrated and elegant. Great length, finish unfolds from fruit through pepper to secondary flavors like leather and bayleave. Amazing QPR.
