Monday, June 11, 2018 - This one is for you Frank, even if it is not your style ��

First after pouring very firm with the taste of cherry candy. After 30min + it starts to open up and offering a basket of red berries and lots of cherries of course. The reduction comes out and some volume in-mouth.

Missing a bit the slate (like in Molitor Pinots) and the racyness( very gentle in Ziereisen-style)

But nice easy-drinking Pinot but just a bit too conservative in order of the producer(s)

    6/11/2018 10:30:00 PM - Big Ben is back !!!!!! In fact i am still not on the pinot run, for i am only 47 years of age. Hopefully when i grow up :o) But nowdays i am always happy, looking on the winelist , when i can jump over red burgundy. Time will tell
