Tuesday, July 3, 2018 - Slight carbonation that passed after a few minutes in the glass. Citrus and brisk acidity but there is white fruit underlying. The fruit comes out as the bubbles release and when paired with food. Enjoyed with oysters at the Ordinary in Charleston. 14% alch.
