Sunday, May 25, 2008 - Tasted flabby straight out of the bottle, but opened up considerably an hour after decanting; light ruby color; floral and citrus notes on the nose; smooth mineral aftertaste; I must admit I doubted this one at first, but very nice once it had a chance to breathe. --MD
