Monday, May 26, 2008 - Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux 2005 vintage tasting and dinner (Conrad Interntational, Singapore): UGC tasting. Pretty citursy marmalade, and white chocolatey flavours. Not bad, but rather too sweet for my liking. Certainly as sweet as the Climens and the Guiraud, but lacking the complexity and the layered flavours. Not anywhere near as elegant as the Doisy Daene.
