Wednesday, July 18, 2018 - Dry River (Bel & Brio, Barangaroo): Blackberry, black pepper, saddle leather, bacon fat, slightly dusty notes. Juicy, tightly tannic though silky textured and quite drying. Blackberry and peppercorns. Lovely.
