Friday, July 20, 2018 - Pop and pour, which was a mistake - a little more air would have helped dispense with some of the volatile acidity. In the glass, ruby red at the rim, shading to dark, slightly opaque red at the core. On the nose, perhaps the most rose-scented floral Kutch we've had so far. On the palate, the aforementioned volatile acidity, paired with stemmy fruit and a touch of honeysuckle (and yes, I do mean honeysuckle on the palate). If the acidity settles down over time, this has some upside.
