Thursday, May 29, 2008 - Full bodied red with cherry and almond. Enjoyed with pork one night, steak the next, and hamburgers the third day. The flavors seemed to lesson the long the bottle was open, giving off a "heat" sensation early and then mellowing out as the bottle was finished off (after 3 days).
