Saturday, July 28, 2018 - After a 1 hour decant, the wine was awful, as it tasted like cough medicine. However, after being open for 3+ hours, the wine started to show rather nicely. Red fruits, flowers, garrigue, and earthiness are apparent in the wine. Although I like my wines well aged, there is no question that it has entered its window of drinkability. Very enjoyable now after a long decant.
