Sunday, August 5, 2018 - On the nose, very expressive with lots of red fruits, a hint of smoke, rose patel, quite floral, on palate, darker fruits were shown with a bit more tannin than other vintages, various spices, dark cherry and mature plum, showed great structure. The finish was very long. It was powerful yet elegant. I think it can be enjoyed for at least another 10 years.
