Monday, August 6, 2018 - Tasted at the winery when it was first released, where it showed itself to be a wine of depth. After shutting down for a few years, it has reemerged and is just entering its drinkability window. Decanted 2.5 hours before tasting. Blackberry liquor, spices, and licorice were readily apparent. Very enjoyable now, but I suspect that it will be significantly better in a few years.
