Wednesday, June 4, 2008 - This white blend that contains pinot blanc, pinot gris, riesling, and gewurztraminer is a bit mushy imho. Very slight aroma of wet stone. Flavors are of pear, a bit of apple, but also quite muted. Preferred the riesling, which was stunning. Here, the varieties cancel each other out producing a dry, quaffable wine with few varietal characteristics.
