Saturday, September 8, 2018 - Huge wine, full and solid tannins, much more forward than most for a 2012. Thick blue fruit, nealrly jammy, but not quite. Blackberry, Cassis, and some mocha. Actually could stand five more years without any trouble, although I’d be concerned about drying out if over ten more years. Opened very nicely - decant! A special wine, very enjoyable.
