Saturday, September 15, 2018 - Solera Tasting of Lieux-dits ended with Substance deg. 12/2014, contains 1986-2007 Chardonnay.Color slight golden, nose almonds citrus, sherry notes of oxidative kind some saltiness behind, taste is big and full dryness in the background. Completely harmony through all those years, later a massive train of apples arrives to make it even more complex. My best Substance ever.
