Sunday, June 8, 2008 - Off-putting initially. Very awkward, in-your-face alcohol, tasted of cheap vodka with a lemon twist. As it sat longer the alcohol tamed and it started to taste like sucking on a lime wedge with a slightly bitter lemon peel finish. Excellent acidity but didn't pair very well with a spicy chicken and couscous dish.
