Thursday, September 20, 2018 - APPEARANCE: Beautiful dark red color
AROMA: Strawberry aromas upon first opening, but after two hours decanted it is giving off hints of plum, pepper, and mushrooms
TASTE: Still showing some tannins integrated with some oak and ripe red berries
