Tuesday, June 10, 2008 - This is the fourth bottle we've opened and the variability is quite high-- the first was flawed/oxidized, the second wonderful, the third near dead and this was quite nice but a touch faded versus the prior stellar bottle. Citrus and minerals on the aftertaste; very yellow in color.
