Saturday, September 29, 2018 - I think these folks are underrated. It’s a refreshing style in the context of Cali Zinfandel. Ripe but cool-toned fruit with legit acidity that carries the wine across the palate as opposed to thudding you with viscous dead weight. No lack of concentration here. Just a different take on Zin that is nice break from the norm.
