Saturday, October 6, 2018 - Light garnet color and surprised at the translucense plus nice clarity. Smells are currants, bacon, pepper, cherry, and floral notes. Tastes are cherry, black licorice, fennel, wet stones, and nice pepper. Nice minerality and crisp texture with a lasting finish.
